Assistant Manager


Role Description


This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising daily operations. This includes overseeing the scheduling of appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, organizing travel arrangements, and managing administrative tasks. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for managing and supporting a team of employees.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $65 - $95 per hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
